Florida Real Estate Broker's Guide is the complete source for your Broker Prelicensing education. You'll find all the information you need, with topics that build on the knowledge you've gained during your career. Coverage includes getting started in the real estate brokerage business, valuing real property, listing and selling real property, specialties, and more.

As part of our line of Prelicensing products, this course combines lessons that students can review at their own pace, up to five different types of interactive exercises, visually stimulating instructional graphics, and exams that measure student understanding of the material.

NO textbook will be provided for the online class. We strongly recommend that you purchase the textbook below.

  2. Once you purchase this online course, you "Can Not" receive a refund.
  3. Your online course is good for (1) one year from exact date, hour, minute, second of registration.
  4. The only part of this class that is timed is the final exam. You will have (3) three hours to finish the exam. You will need a passing grade of 70%.
  5. If you should fail the final exam, you will have to wait 30 days, but no later than one year before retaking retaking a different end of class final exam. You will be able to access your class to review until you retake the second exam. If you fail a second time you will need to repay the full tuition again and start all over again. 
  6. Course Completion Certificate

  7. You must allow the following times for processing and receive your Course Completion Certificate:
    bullet"Issuing" a Course Completion Certificate means that we will emailed it to you.
    bulletThe minimum time you should allow between the final exam and receiving your course completion certificate is approximately 3 business days, SO PLAN YOUR STATE EXAM ACCORDINGLY!
    bulletIn the event you lose your Course Completion Certificate, a duplicate may be obtained by written request. An administrative fee of $25 will be charged for the duplicate request.
