CORE LAW EDUCATION FOR FLORIDA REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS

You may be asking. Why? We want to be your real estate education provider. We know that after you have attend one of our classes you will return as loyal students. We know that you have a lot of choices, but we wanted to put a face to the faceless internet. Meet YOUR REAL ESTATE INSTRUCTOR

Florida Real Estate University is offering your Real Estate Brokerage Office the opportunity to offer this education to all of there real estate agents "FREE 3 Live Hour Core Law". We will come to your office and teach the required Florida Real Estate Commission education so that you don't have to travel.

bulletThere are a few requirements:
bulletYour brokerage needs to pay the (FREC License Fee $50.00) we will do the paper work to register the office as a Licensed Real Estate School
bulletPurchase text books at our cost for each agent who register for the class that's it. (minimum 5 agents)

  1. Renewal and Course Completion Certificate

  2. You must allow the following times for processing and receive your Course Completion Certificate:
    bullet"Issuing" a Course Completion Certificate means that we will emailed it to you.
    bulletThe minimum time you should allow between the final exam and receiving your course completion certificate is approximately 3-5 business days, SO PLAN YOUR STATE RENEWAL ACCORDINGLY!
    bulletIn the event you lose your Course Completion Certificate, a duplicate may be obtained by written request. An administrative fee of $25 will be charged for the duplicate request.
     

Florida Real Estate Commission Renewal Notice

Continuing Education students need to complete the course at least one week in advance of their license renewal date. Florida Real Estate University is required to report education completion prior to the renewal date (March 31 or September 30 of each year). Students who wait until the last week of the renewal deadline may encounter various problems (technical and other) which could prevent license renewal.  Anyone attempting the course during the last week of a renewal cycle does so at his or her own risk. Extensions are NOT granted by the DBPR due to technical problems with a course.
